I too have had a very negative experience in dealing with Westgate sales department and their management I've already purchased a unit two years ago and August my family and I returned to use our unit and we were offered an upgrade needless to say the old process of the offer was very shady because they told us we were grandfathered in and they had no choice but to give the new unit to us for ridiculously low cost as we were grandfathered in 2 years back when the new units were being built the sales person offered me a sheet to sign over that option I had to upgrade, and I thought that was strange and at that point I told him what I'm not signing it over "why would you tell me to sign it over?" I asked, if this is such a great opportunity there was a lot of b*********** with this situation long story short I ended up buying but then as I went over the numbers that night in my head my spouse and I decided we should cancel they spent the next two days counter offering and giving us various options which in the end we told them we were not interested in by the time we were able to conclude that we no longer wanted to get it without them countering different scenarios for us to purchase we had left and when we tried to reach out to the sales people on Monday no one was available until Tuesday and again we went back and forth in the end we told him we did not wish to proceed like you said there is no conversation of cancellation during the presentation during the signing of the deed none of those things and so I had to hunt for the cancellation information because no one was telling me anything no one knew how it is done finally someone said it's in your packet I search the package search the package come to find out it's on a CD ROM that I had to opened up and then search for the process of cancelling it has been a very very painful process dealing with Westgate who is letting me know that it takes 30 to 60 days before they're able to refund my $8,000 of deposit
