I hurt myself badly while I was a guest at WestGate Resort due to no fault of my own. This resulted in over a year of medical treatments and services which are still ongoing.

When I sent my bills in to WestGate they kept saying "give me another 30 days"... etc. I still need surgery and they are still saying "we need more time".

This injury at WestGate changed my life and financial situation while WestGate has stalled and refused to pay any of my medical bils, etc. WestGate is not kind to it's guests!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Westgate Resorts Pros: Pool.

Westgate Resorts Cons: Room not up to date.
