As a Westgate owner, I am currently trying to exchange into Myrtle Beach next May, 2016. I was told a week was available in a newly refurbished unit for a $500 fee as well as a $140 developer fee.

Westgate is getting more and more into trying to screw their owners out of additional fees. Wrong!!!

My husband and I have been owners for almost 30 years and Westgate continues to increase prices, decrease customer service, and increase fees for owners. I am now sorry to say something I haven't said before: I cannot recommend Westgate to my friends or family.

Product or Service Mentioned: Westgate Resorts Vacation Ownership.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Westgate Resorts Pros: Outstanding facility and location.

Westgate Resorts Cons: Pushy sales people who continue to badger owners.
