My husband and I sent a written cancellation within the day grace period and how conveniently Westgate said they never received it. My husband had gotten laid off from work and this is a hardship.

We gave them 1290.00 deposit and they refuse to return it even though I have a signed copy of the letter and envelope with post mark. I have contact BBB and the fraud dept at my local bank and its amazing big companies can't deal with them. So now we are screwed and financially set back.

I hope nobody EVER gets a time share share through these people. BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND GREAT AT IT WHEN NOBODY CAN BEAT THEM
