My family has 3 weeks in Westgate - 2 in the villas and 1 in the town centre. It was bought back in 1992 so we have a lot of experience with them and have seen them evolve over time.

Bottom line - you do not get your money's worth. You pay so much for the weeks then every year you pay approx $1000 per week in maintenance fees. On top of that if you want to take your week in another month, use weeks from the previous year or go to another resort you have to pay $150. So many hidden fees.

They lack any sort of humanness. Just a scheming company that does not care about its owners at all. Money mongering..

But their company is nothing without us the investors and so we should demand better treatment! I simple wish they cared more.
