The gentleman (Dennis) that did our presentation was a very nice gentlemen. However, the presentation the was being done at the table beside us was unreal.

The man was loud and shoving information down the couple's throat endlessly. Had Dennis not been such a nice person we would have gotten up and left just because of the other presenter's behavior. I had honestly never seen or heard anything like it. Even your most aggressive car salesman couldn't have stooped to that level.

Once we got to the end of our presentation Dennis was very understanding and didn't hold us hostage for hours. But after Dennis came the manager. RUDE BEYOND BELIEF. Then when we went down to collect what they said they would give us which was $150.00 and we were suppose to get 2 tickets to Dollywood for $30.00 + tax they told us the 150.00 was all we got plus they paid our motel bill and we did not get any tickets.

Had the receipt where we had paid for the tickets and the receipt where we paid for our own motel room. The child that was over that department was RUDE beyond belief. We were warned by several people before we went that being rude was their specialty. Should have listened to them.

WILL NEVER STAY IN ANYTHING WESTGATE OWNS. We will warn everybody we come in contact with about those people and we hope Dennis moves on somewhere else because i would be embarrassed to tell people I was employee there.
