I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN!! PURCHESED A FLAMINGO BAY LAS VEGAS RESORT FOR $$CASH IN 2005.WE GOT A FULL WEEK EVERY YEAR, WHEN THEY WERE BUILDING THE TOWERS WE WERE FORCED BY SALESPEOPLE TO ATTEND THE PH TOWERS ON THE STRIP

WE BASICALLY WENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION WHERE THEY HAD UNITS SET UP!!!OH MY THE WERE BEAUTIFUL AND WHEN YOU ADDED IN THE SANDY BEACHES ON THE PH TOWERS (2) EVEN THOUGH THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO BUILD THE OTHER TOWER AND THE BEACH WAS ALWAYS COMING, BUT NEVER DID WE SEE THE BEACH OR OTHER TOWER!!! WE OWN A 2 BDRM. DELUXE ON THE STRIP NOW BUT AFTER WE WERE TOLD WE GET 5 DAYS EVERY OTHER YEAR AS OPPOSED TO PREVIOUS PROPERTY 7 DAYS AND NIGHTS!! KNEW THEN WE WERE BASICALLY SCREWED ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO GO BACK TO FLAMINGO BAY LAS VEGAS WHICH HAD BEEN PAID IN FULL!! AFTER FIRST VISIT TO PH WE WERE NOT HAPPY- AGAIN TRIED TO SWITCH BACK, ONLY IF WE AGREED TO PAY $8,000 MORE insane, ASKED ABOUT CHANGING TO ORLANDO PROPERTY BECAUSE NOW WE WERE RAISING OUR BABY GRANDAUGHTER!! NO PROBLEM AS LONG AS WE PAID $9,000 + AGAIN insane. Last time we visited LAS VEGAS WE BROUGHT GUEST MY DAD, MOM, AND AUNT IN 2011!!

WENT SO FAR AS TO GO TO THE OFFICE OF WESTGATE ON THE STRIP AND WANTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE I HAD JUST FOUND OUT THAT PHTOWERS WAS NOW A HILTON PROPERT BUT WE WERE STILL "WESTGATE OWNERS"

THE HALLS WERE DIRTY AND GROSS. UPON ENTERING THE ROOM I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE FRONT DESK WITHIN 10 MINUTES ASKING TO HAVE SOMEONE COME CLEAN THE HAIR OUT OF THE HOT TUB IN MASTER, ALSO CLEANING ALL MIRRORS AND WINDOWS. THE CHROME/STAINLESS ALL OVER WAS CRUDDY "YUCK" . NEXT MORNING WHILE PUTTING POWDER ROOM THINGS LIKE TOOTHPASTE, TOOTHBRUSH ECT. SURPRISE--THE DRAWERS HAD DRIED UP TOOTHPASTE IN THEM, ONE SINK WAS BROKE. ASKED FOR MAID SERVICE, ALTHOUGH THEY NEVER CAME, AND WHEN I CALLED DOWN FOR XTRA BLANKETS I WAS ONLY TO GET 2 WITH 5 PEOPLE. PULLED SOME TEETH TO GET MORE PILLOWS.

NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAVE NOT RETURNED THERE SINCE!! HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR CLASS ACTIONS, AND TONIGHT IS THE FIRST FORUM I HAVE FOUND TO RELEASE THE FRUSTRATION OVER THIS MATTER...

COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT NO OWNERS WERE EVER NOTIFIED IN WRITING ABOUT ANY OF DAVID SEGALS PROBLEMS, THE PROPERTY BEING SOLD, TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY TO BUILD SOMETHING THAT WAS NEVER BUILT, THAT HE HANDLED OUR MONEY WELL (NOT OUR PROBLEM) HE IS A GOD *** JOKE!!!

I WILL NOT SETTLE WITH WESTGATE AT ALL UNTIL I GET TREATED FAIRLY WHICH WE HAVE NEVER BEEN. (MISPOKE, WHILE DECIDING WHETHER OR NOT TO BUY OR SWITCH WE ALSO WERE GIVEN A LIMO FOR THE DAY).
