we got a studio in front of the pool, we wanted to have some rest and it was not possible, loud music until 7 pm, and front desk staff was rude and wanted to charge a fee for changing unit. Manager was not helpful, rude and we didn't agree to pay the cleaning fee for exchange or the internet fees, which i find ridiculous these days.
No good resorts or hotels are changing wifi fees at all these days. Like i said, it was disappointed and i will never ever come back to Westgates anymore, Ridiculous fees for such a big resorts, management should fix these issues.
