any one interested in nice timeshare, westgate towers 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8, every other year, even years,$3000 or best offer. getting older dont know how much longr to travel maintance fee $1,000 every other year, unit is lockoff, so you can split and use evey year making maintance fee $500.00, can exchage on rci or interval internation, thats what we did for 34 yrs no complaints.
thanks, no mortgage just maintanice fee, they say you owe to you die'after that they go after hiers of estate or charge estate for maintaince fees.
most companies offering soutioins want at least $5000 plus you paying thee lawyer they asaign to you, this could go up to thousands of money.
I would recommend going to www.tug2.com and telling your story. It's free and so is the advice.
If your timeshare is in Florida you can stop paying for the timeshare and they can only hit your credit.
Florida is a non-recourse state, so they can only take back the mortgage. They cannot sue you for the difference.
checked out www tug 2,com.would not recomment using site after checking reviews.
