All these tax-payer-paid State agencies flat-out told Holly to go to a CLOSED agency to file complaints against Westgate. Don't waste your time and money. Facebook: Legally Holly documentary "the queen of Versailles" has won Sundace Film award for 2012. It is about Westgate and David Siegel. Westgate former Sr Manager testified not only Holly was misrepresented, herself and her family members also cheated by Westgate. |

Written by lpool9 on March 21, 2012 from norfolk, virginia, US Ridx, I tried calling a couple of the numbers you listed, to make a complaint against Westgate, however they said because timeshare is in Las Vegas I could not submit complaint to them. I would have thought since Westgate is based in Florida that would be the place to submit complaint. Anyone had any luck with filing a complaint? Also I read the piece from Aldo, I had called and put my name on the list, now I am hoping I have a similar complaint to yours Ridx. Again thanks for starting this law suit, I hope I can be part of it. |

I appreciate everyone's eager anticipation of the class action lawsuit. We have been investigating this since approximately September and will be filing suit by April. Most class actions get investigated for over a year before filed. In this case, our only hurdle is going to be the similarity of the claims we're making. Not everyone's damages are the same so we may have to eliminate some of the people who contacted us as plaintiffs and advise them that they do not qualify. We are basing the similarity of damages on your claim, because you are the lead plaintiff. So any potential plaintiff who does not share your identical situation cannot be part of the class.
